Thanks for that KoBR. I have a salt tooth so bad, and am glad not to eat any of those products. Making those same items could save a lot of salt in the long run.......except maybe for the sausage gravy, that's just never going to be healthy, and will always require moderation.
Homemade stuff usually tastes better too. It just takes a little longer.

I've found if I don't salt stuff when I cook it (except making soup and cooked cereal) I can add a few sprinkles on top and get a better effect than if I cooked it with salt in it. _________________
