I just think if you were born here, and worked to pay your dues,if you are hurt,or disabled, and they say they will help you they should. As Ive said before tho,Ive fought this battle for a very long time, and I'm proof they lie.
Others that were not born and raised here, get everything free and I'll never understand that. ie: people living here as illegals. JMO _________________

I actually voted wrong, I should have used other. I think the problem with health care is that the insurance companies will pay anything to the drug companies. If they stopped paying 90 dollars a pill for pills that cost 34 cents to make and the FDA didn't charge 800 million dollars to approve a drug we would be going in the right direction. I think we blame the big drug companies for their price gouging first, insurance companies for paying that outragous money ang thirdly the government for looking the other way and/or making big bucks too off of it
hehehe...you know how many jokes I'm letting slide, wrong vote, Florida...But I like ya Big Guy.... _________________ You can't hold a liberal responsible for their words because it's character assassination.
I've been considering this problem for quite some time and I'm really torn on the issue.
On one hand, a person shouldn't be denied medical care because they can't afford it.
On the other hand, our government is so inept that they can't discover a 1 million dollar shipping charge for two 19c washers. The current socialized medicine we have in this country (the Veterans Administration), is a disaster.
Forcing everyone to purchase medical insurance is a concern because Insurance companies routinely put profit over all else. Perhaps I would go along with this idea if the monies were deducted from an individuals payroll check, only if the individual meets a minimum threshold of earning, and only if the laws were changed that removed the insurance companies ability to arbitrarily deny claims. All medical care, as deemed necessary by your doctor, would have to be covered. Most people are having this money deducted from their pay now so not much would change here. _________________

As a victim (oooops I meant patient) of the VA health care system I could not agree with you more _________________
