Sticky Fingers Update
Well, Sticky Fingers has moved themselves to the bottom of my 'places to go for wings' list. Here is why:
When they first opened here, and for about a year, $6.95 bought you 12 wings and celery and blue cheese.
About 9 months ago, the celery and blue cheese became 'on request only'.
About 4 months later, the blue cheese became an extra $0.50 charge.(Now like Hooters, without the view)
As of yesterday, the first day I saw their new menu, the same $6.95 just gets you 10 wings.
Believe me, I understand food costs. I've worked in restaurants before. I just find it annoying that what I used to pay for a nice filling lunch now buys +/- 20% less food(approximating the value of the celery and blue cheese at about 3%). Might seem petty to most folks, but since I've recommended Sticky Fingers in the past, I felt compelled to modify my recommendation because of the changes. _________________ Cool Hand Luke

Here is the list of places from his e-mail to get the free wing coupons:
" I also wanted to point out that many upstate locations have free wing sampler cards available for their customers. These businesses include, Greenville Tech, Greenville Car Wash, Canopy Car Wash, The Money Store, Bermuda Triangle, several area hotels, rental car facilities, and other businesses."
The place I got the coupon was not on the list. Harvard's Wine and Beverages, near Garden Ridge off Woodruff Road. _________________ Cool Hand Luke
