They just re-assessed my home and property for way more than it's worth. Guess we will be paying for the shortfall.
What is really needed is for government to tighten its belt and get wasteful spending under control, instead of jacking up my taxes. Last year, they cut my my property tax by much less than was promised, due to the 1c sales tax (tax swap) and now they've jacked it back up to where it was before the swap.

I'm waiting for the hammer to fall here too. My sister is also on disability,but I dont look for the government to care about that. We will prolly have another fight on our hands.
I mentioned her because the land,her house,and Dad's place are all in her name. Mine is the only one bought and paid for,so I dont know what all we will have to go thru yet. !!!! _________________
