Yes they do look YUMMMMMY! MMMMMM! That looks easy enuff too. bebe
A favorite here is Cinamon Roasted Pecans
Mix togather 3 parts sugar,1part cinnamon.Depends on how many you want to make. You just have to judge it for yourself. I put this in a zip lock bag. Roll Pecan halves in beaten egg whites. Then put the pecans in the bag,and shake untill they are covered Put the pecans flat on baking sheets that have been sprayed with cooking spray, like PAM. Bake at about 300 for 10 to 15 minutes.(Oven temps vary) Just dont let them get burned looking. Cool them, remove from baking dish, and put them in small bowls around your house. I make 2 sheets at a time. Fills 4 05 5 small bowls.Everyone that likes nuts, will get a handful, and they are gone before you know it. I have given them as gifts too.
For gifts, get some red and/or green Solo bowls. Colored plastic wrap.Ribbon.
Fill bowl with pecans, set the bowl on a sheet of colored wrap.Bring the wrap up around the bowl, and tie it with ribbon. _________________
