I've make some improvements to the "Insert Link" button.
You can continue to use the button as you always have.
1) Click the button
2) Enter/paste the "Web page's URL"
3) Enter/paste the "Web Page Name (link name)
This will insert the link at the current cursor position. The only thing I've changed with this part of the function is the default "Web Page Name", which is now "link". I've also included underline tags to more clearly denote that it's a clickable link.
The big feature is that you can now high-light any text inside your post and it will use that high-lighted text as the "Web Page Name". It will not prompt you for the Web Page Name if you've selected text prior to clicking the "Insert Link" button.
1) Select text to be the "Web Page/Link" name
2) Click the button.
3) Enter/paste the "Web page's URL"
The selected text will be converted to a link and underlined.
I think this makes it much easier to include web page links in your posts.
Any comments or suggestions for improving this feature is welcome. _________________

Next, I'll look at the media insert buttons and see if I can incorporate uploads with those buttons. Not sure how difficult it will be to pass parameters back and forth with the CGI upload script. I'm a relative noob at CGI scripting. _________________
