Art That Looks Like America - Greenville Museum
America began to assert her artistic identity in the nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. This exhibition, drawn from the Museum's permanent collection, brings together the variety and the diversity of American artists and their subjects, from landscapes and narratives to portraits and genre paintings.
