Yeah, on higher resolution screens, the icons just seems to hang out there by themselves. Centering them across the top gives them more of an integrated feel I think.
I'm also considering a shoutbox, global announcement or something else to go in their place and fill the dead space on the screen. _________________

I found that centering things usually makes them more generic to resolution and different browsers. I hate it that all browsers don't display things the same way. Looks good GW.
