That's a punk trying to intimidate voters, that's what that is. Sometimes the punks are skin heads, sometimes they are panthers. The police were called, and if it continues, the police should stay to make that a safe vote zone area.

I hate to break it to you, but we have aholes all over the country, some are bullies when they are little, some are bullies when they get older. The police can handle both. If a voting site is not secure or safe, they need to get uniformed officers there to secure it, same as any other event.
