2 Minute Microwave Fudge

1 pound of powdered sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup milk
1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
1/4 pound butter/margarine
1 cup chopped nuts

Mix all dry ingredients together in a 8x8 inch microwave safe pan (important to use this size pan). Add milk and vanilla extract. Place chunk of butter/margarine in center ( leave butter as whole do not chop up). Microwave on high for 2 minutes until bottom of dish feels warm. Stir vigorously and blend in chopped nuts. Put in mold or whatever and chill for 1 hour. * Use real butter for best results.

Bebe, there are no web links connected to the names of all those different candy recipes so they can't be made clickable in here. Sorry.

I would guess they were html links and those won't work in here.

Makes Large Cookie Sheet

2 Cups Peanut Butter
2 Cubes Margarine
1 Package Graham Crackers - Crushed
1 Pound Powdered Sugar (1/2 of bag or 1 lb box)
2 Bags Milk Chocolate Chips

Melt margarine in medium sauce pan on low heat then stir in 2 cups of creamy peanut butter until smooth. Remove from heat and add crushed graham cracker crumbs and powdered sugar. Pat mixture into large cookie sheet. Sprinkle 2 bags of milk chocolate chips evenly over the top and place in a 200 degree oven until the chocolate chips can be spread easily. re: 2 Minute Microwave Fudge

Now that sounds like something I'd use a microwave for. Making fudge the conventional way, on a stove top, is a messy hassle and a little tricky.

I'll have to give this one a shot.

Thx!
